• Coordinating with hiring managers to identify
staffing needs.
• Determine Selection Criteria
• Sourcing potential Candidates through online
channels.
• Plan interview and selection procedures
including screening calls, assessments and in
person interviews.
• Attend job fairs and recruitment events.
• Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by
department.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: 0-2
• Training & Certification: HR Diploma is
recommended
• Knowledge: Resume Database and Applicant
Tracing System (ATS)
• Skills: Excellent in English -Proficient in MS
Office-Strong communication skills
• Abilities & Attitude: Good time management
ability
• Location: Headquarter
• Working hours: 8 am - 5 pm
• Days off: Friday & Saturday
